As we gain technological advancement in Web Development after that websites and webpages become more interactive and users get a more soothing experience in which CSS also plays a major role as one of the pillars of web dev.CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets it is used for styling the webpage. But after some time CSS becomes pretty lengthy and complex to write. So many new frameworks were introduced to make our CSS writing easy. And two most popular ones are Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS. And at this time many new beginners are confused to choose which one of the frameworks to select for their primary CSS writing. So let's Clear out this confusion.

Bootstrap

Bootstrap is a free open-source framework used for responsive web designs and front-end web development Bootstrap provides a collection of syntax for template designs. It contains HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as the main components.

Tailwind CSS

Bootstrap is a free open-source framework used for responsive web designs and front-end web development and it's a utility-first CSS framework.

Which one to choose?

  • Bootstrap is more like a box of predefined classes but Tailwind CSS is a utility-based framework where users have more commands on their CSS

  • Sometimes Tailwind is more time-consuming compared to Bootstrap where we can just copy and paste the predefined classes like hover effects, and animations.

  • But If you want complete freedom and use your creativity to design then the Tailwind is a better option where you can write your CSS more efficiently and easily compare to CSS without a framework.

Conclusion

If you want to submit your Projects etc and you have very less time then Bootstrap is good to go. But If you want to become more of a developer who creates on his imagination and wants freedom while developing or writing CSS then Tailwind CSS is the one to choose.
